<![CDATA[Play The Chromatic Scale on the Guitar]]>Wed, 07 May 2014 16:52:49 GMThttp://guitarlessonsfastfunandeasy.com/genes-blog/play-the-chromatic-scale-on-the-guitarPicture
Why learn the chromatic scale? The chromatic scale is nothing less than all the notes there is. Learning what the notes are in order is learning the chromatic scale. You probably know a lot of it already.
Thechromatic scale is all over the guitar's neck. Here we are going to go over the low E and A strings. You are going to learn the names of the notes on the 6th (and 1st, because they are the same) and the 5th strings. (it's crucial that you know them, so please take the time to memorize this) Later we are going to use the chromatic scale to learn all the notes everywhere on the neck of the guitar.
